JXT Company Return Policy

We accept product back in its original packaging up to 90 days from the date of purchase and include an JXT Company Driver Return label or an Authorized Return Service (ARS) label on all returnable shipments.

To return merchandise, use the JXT Company Driver Return label or ARS label included with your package. Please complete the information, reseal your unused merchandise in the box and place the new label over the original shipping label. Give your package with the JXT Company Driver Return label to an JXT Company driver or your package with the ARS label to a UPS driver. Please retain your UPS tracking information from your ARS label or your pickup slip from the JXT Company driver for future reference. Please note that if you paid freight to receive an item, freight charges may apply to return the item.

Certain items may not be returnable or may have specific return instructions; please see below before you make your return.

Hazmat Returns

Hazardous material items, such as fire extinguishers, refrigerant, paint and gas powered motors, marked with this icon require special handling and are subject to additional freight charges. You will be notified of any charges. Hazmat items are not returnable because of federal safety restrictions.

Restocking & Cancellation Fees

Reused or canceled factory direct orders are subject to restocking fees and return freight charges. Cancellation fees may apply on quoted volume, customized, or noncatalog orders.

Damaged Items

If your package arrived damaged in transit, please note the damage next to your signature at the time of delivery. If your package had concealed damage, please call 1-828-735-1978 within 3 business days of receipt.

Customized Orders

Customized orders including fabricated, special order, and custom made-to-order factory direct items are nonreturnable.

Defective Items

If you receive an item that is defective, please call 1-828-735-1978. We will advise you of how to proceed. Please note, some items carry a manufacturer’s warranty and require that you contact the manufacturer directly.

Extended Inventory Orders

Damaged or shorted extended inventory items must be reported to JXT Company within 3 business days. Custom made-to-order extended inventory items are nonreturnable. Some extended inventory items are nonreturnable. See product descriptions for details. Refused or cancelled orders are subject to restocking fees and return freight charges.

Shortages & Fulfillment

If your order arrived short an item at the time of delivery, please note the shortage next to your signature. If you notice a shortage upon opening your package or if your order was fulfilled incorrectly, please call 1-828-735-1978 within 3 business days of receipt.

Warranty

Warranty items are nonreturnable. We do not provide warranty for the goods we supply, but shall pass through any transferrable manufacturer’s warranties. Please call 1-828-735-1978 for warranty information.

Shipped Freight Carrier

If you are making a return and your items were shipped via freight carrier, please call 1-828-735-1978 within 3 business days of receipt.

Shipped Outside the Continental U.S.

Items shipped outside the continental U.S. are nonreturnable.

Special Orders

Non-catalog items and volume purchases are nonreturnable.
